Why Sydney E-Bike Co
We help Sydney riders find the right electric bike for work, commuting and everyday life—with straightforward advice before you buy and dependable help afterwards.
Workshop support
Good support should continue after the sale. We can inspect, maintain and repair delivery and commuter e-bikes, with clear advice before work begins.
Safety inspections, brake adjustment, tyre checks, chain care, fastener checks and general maintenance for regular riders.
Basic fault diagnosis for compatible batteries, chargers, displays, wiring, lights and controllers. Parts availability depends on the model.
Ask us about compatible brake pads, tyres, tubes, chains, cables, throttles, displays, lights, chargers, batteries and other common components.
High-use delivery bikes need more frequent checks. We can recommend a maintenance schedule based on your kilometres, load and riding conditions.
Need a repair or part? Send us the bike model, a photo of the issue and a short description so we can help faster.

Clear information matters. These points explain our general support and important responsibilities. Your invoice and written warranty terms confirm the cover applying to your purchase.
New e-bikes sold by Sydney E-Bike Co include a 1-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing faults, subject to inspection, proof of purchase and the written terms supplied with the bike.
Damage caused by crashes, misuse, water exposure, unauthorised modifications, incorrect charging, normal wear or failure to maintain the bike may not be covered. Wear items can include tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains and similar consumable components.
This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be excluded.
Only use the correct compatible charger supplied or approved for the battery. Charge on a stable, non-combustible surface in a dry, ventilated area, away from exits, heat and flammable materials.
Do not charge or use a battery that is swollen, cracked, leaking, unusually hot, damaged or giving off an unusual smell. Stop using it, move away if safe, and arrange professional advice. Never open, crush, modify or pressure-wash a battery or charger.
Avoid unattended or overnight charging. Allow the battery to cool after riding before charging and keep it away from children and pets.
Riders must make sure their bike and the way it is used comply with current NSW rules. Wear an approved bicycle helmet, follow road and shared-path rules, use lights when required and ride to the conditions.
Legal use can depend on the bike's motor system, assisted speed, pedals and configuration. Modifying a bike may change whether it can legally be used on public roads or paths.
Check the latest guidance on the NSW Government e-bike information page ↗ before riding.
Consumer guarantees may provide rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy when goods do not meet the guarantees. The appropriate remedy depends on the problem and the circumstances.
Keep your receipt, stop using the bike if continued use may be unsafe, and contact us promptly with photos and a clear description of the issue.

Before buying, confirm the selected frame, battery, charger, included accessories, intended use and pickup arrangements. Ask us if you are unsure whether a setup suits delivery work or commuting.
After purchase, read the supplied instructions, check tyre pressure and brakes regularly, secure the battery and cargo correctly, and arrange servicing according to use. Commercial delivery use generally requires more frequent maintenance than occasional riding.
General information only, not legal advice. Product specifications, availability and inclusions should be confirmed before purchase. We do not claim a particular certification unless it is shown on the product or its supplied compliance documents.
